Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd's (BHEL) Bangalore-based Industrial Systems Group (ISG) has bagged Rs 39.10 crore orders from Tata projects.
According to a company release, the company has bagged orders for 1.2 mtpa pellet plant of National Mineral Development Corporation at Donimalai in Sandur taluk of Bellary district for deign, supply, testing, erection and commissioning of complete electrics including instrumentation and automation on turnkey basis.
“The order will be a major step towards BHEL-ISG's plan for diversification in to the areas of pellet plants and ore beneficiation as an EPC contractor and contribute to the green production of steel,” the release added.
BHEL-ISG currently has orders of around Rs 1,900 crore in power and industrial sectors and is one of the major system integrator, in the areas of bulk material handling such aslike coal and ash handling systems for thermal power plants.
