Dhanam Businessman of the Year 2010 award winner Mr V.P. Nandakumar, Chairman, Manappuram Group of Companies, will be honoured at the Dhanam Business Summit & Award Nite 2011 on Saturday in Kochi. The award will be presented by the State Excise and Ports Minister, Mr K. Babu, at Dream Hotel.
Awards to the Top 20 Kerala-based consumer brands selected through a Dhanam-Rajagiri School of Management joint survey will also be presented on the occasion, to be attended by the cream of Kerala's industry, trade and business community.
Mr Kurian Abraham, Editor and Managing Director of Dhanam Business Magazine said in a press release that the Award Nite will be preceded by a day-long workshop and interactive sessions on the theme ‘Making Global Enterprise' to be addressed by leading management experts, industry leaders and top executives of various public and private enterprises.
There will be a special session on ‘Grooming young entrepreneurs' by the Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC), the main sponsor of the event. The special session will be inaugurated by Mr K Jayakumar, Addl. Chief Secretary.
