Divis Laboratories Ltd on Saturday said its net profit rose by 11.23 per cent year-on-year to Rs 117.97 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 106.05 crore during the corresponding period of previous fiscal, Divis Laboratories said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales of the pharmaceutical company rose to Rs 472.60 crore during the second quarter, as compared to Rs 353.67 crore during the same period of 2011-12 fiscal.
For the six months ended September 30, 2012, the company posted a net profit of Rs 285.35 crore as against Rs 208.64 crore during the same period of previous fiscal.
