Leisure travel brand Flight Shop, a part of the Australia-based Flight Centre Travel Group, on Wednesday opened a new store in New Delhi. Rakshit Desai, Managing Director India, FCm Travel Solutions and Flight Shop, said, “The leisure travel sector in India is growing at a rate of over 15 per cent annually. We see a huge potential for the Flight Shop retail business to grow from its current 12-store presence across three cities in India to 36 stores, spread across 10 cities, over the next three years.” FCTG opened its first store in India in 2007 and currently has 12 Flight Shop stores around Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.
