GKB Ophthalmics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to submit the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 on or before May 30, 2012 and hence the unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31,2012, will not be reported to the Stock Exchanges.
