Further, In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company’s Securities shall remain closed from October 12, 2015 till 48 hours after results are made public on October 29, 2015, for all the directors / officers / designated employees of the Company.
