BABA ARTS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further, as intimated earlier vide our communication dated 1st July, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company which was closed from Monday 1st July, 2019 in pursuance of Companys Insider Trading Policy shall remain closed till Saturday 10th August, 2019 (both days inclusive) i.e till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company in the afore stated Board Meeting.
