Tuticorin-based Sterlite Copper has bagged the Indian Merchants Chambers' Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality‘Performance Excellence Trophy 2010' under the manufacturing category.
The award was presented by the Governor of Maharashtra, Mr K. Shankaranarayanan, at a ceremony held on Wednesday at the YB Chavan Auditorium in Mumbai.
Mr K. Pankaj, AVP (Operations), received the award on behalf of Sterlite Copper, according to a press release.
