Brigade Enterprises Ltd has posted a net profit of ₹29.74 crore on a standalone basis for the fourth quarter of 2014-15, which is 39.61 per cent lower than the same period in the previous year.
The company’s revenues for Q4 of 2014-15 is also lower by 22.38 per cent at ₹301.86 crore against ₹388.91 crore during the same period last year. Following is the segment revenues: real estate ₹229.40 crore (last year ₹321.90 crore), and hospitality ₹30.99 crore (₹32.82 crore).
EPS (basic) stood at ₹2.65 (last year ₹4.39). Commenting on the results MR Jaishankar, CMD, said: “We are at the cusp of our next level of growth with the company consolidating its presence in cities of operation and entering new markets such as GIFT City and residential space in Chennai.”
