Passenger car market leader Maruti Suzuki India on Wednesday said it has sold 90,523 units in April in the domestic market.
This reflected a growth of only 0.3 per cent over the same month last year, when the company sold 90,255 units.
The company's total sales declined by 3 per cent to 97,302 units during the month as compared to 1,00,415 units in the corresponding month last year, MSIL said in a statement.
Exports of cars also declined by 33 per cent to 6,779 units in April this year as against 10,160 units in April 2012.
