The Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) plans to support Anna Hazare's movement against corruption.
In a release, Mr J.R. Bangera, President of FKCCI, said that a good leader should always be ready to understand the pulse of the people and their wants. The protest is not against a single party, government, legislature, bureaucracy or judiciary but against corrupt elements that have brought disrespect to the democratic institutions, the release said.
The Government should go in for e-governance, which is the most transparent form of doing things. A glaring example is of the income-tax department, which has adapted the e-filing system and things are going on very smoothly, the release added.
