Turnover of Bodhtree Consulting Ltd, an IT consulting and software service provider, went up to Rs 26.55 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2017, against Rs 10.50 crore in the same quarter in the previous financial year.
Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 33.86 lakh as against Rs 25.44 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year, showing a growth of 33 per cent.
The company, which is one of the 34 GST Suvidha providers, hopes to accrue business as the country begins rolling out the nationwide uniform tax.
“We have signed orders worth Rs 40 crore, which should get implemented in the next one year. We are also looking at organic and inorganic growth and are open to mergers and acquisition,” L N Ramakrishna, Managing Director of Bodhtree Consulting, has said.
“Our GST business is doing well and we have signed contracts worth Rs 10 crore for the current year, expected to reach Rs 50 crore in the next three years,” he said.
