​ In a bid to attract more customers, taxi-hailing app ​Ola ​has ​announced the launch of ‘Ola Select,’ a first of its kind benefits program in the industry. With Select, customers can enjoy a range of benefits like free in-cab Wi-fi, upgrades at no extra cost, special discounts and a range of exclusive benefits from Ola’s partner brands like Myntra, Snapdeal and Cleartrip. Currently, customers are invited to the ‘Ola Select’ program on the basis of user behaviour and frequency, amongst other parameters, the company said in a statement.​

Ola’s partnerships in the recent past have ranged from an on-demand OnePlus 2 experience to a makeover by a Myntra stylist within minutes of requesting at the user’s doorstep. With ‘Ola Select,’ it will also be able to make available exclusive access to events and custom-built experiences, curated by Ola in the time to come.
