Sasken Communication Technologies has reached a settlement in an ongoing matter pertaining to the unauthorised use of Sasken’s Protocol Stack IP by a Chinese semiconductor vendor.
As part of this settlement, the licensee will pay $45 million to the Bengaluru-based company as compensation, bringing to an end the ongoing arbitration and terminating all ongoing obligations of the parties under the relevant agreements, the company said in a filing to the exchanges.
