TCS is working on a wage plan for its employees. “We are going to announce it around the time when we announce our fourth quarter results in April,” Mr N. Chandrasekharan said.
Asked whether hike could be more or less than last year's, he smiled, indicating it to be better this year.
The company had hired 50,000 in the first nine months of 2010-11. “We have given 37,000 campus offers for 2012. We will come out with specific numbers during the earnings call next month,” he said.
