Alembic Ltd has said that a meeting of the board of directors of Alembic Ltd and Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd (name changed from Alembic Pharma Ltd) will be held on March 31 to consider reconstitution of board due to demerger and consider other items relating to demerger including fixing of record date for ascertaining the eligibility of the members to receive the equity shares of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd according to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the High Court of Gujarat.
