Despite the rise in prices, the volumes in edible oils remained lower compared to the previous session, tracking weak overseas futures on Thursday. During the day, about 500 tonnes of palmolein at ₹655 for December, and about 100 tonnes of soyabean refined oil at ₹721-725 for delivery up to January 10, were bought by stockists directly from refineries. Liberty: Palmolein Ex Shapur ₹675 up to December 31. Super palmolein ₹695 for December 31. Allana: Palmolein Ex Khapoli ₹675 for December 1-28. Soya refined oil ₹750 up to December 28. Ruchi: Palmolein ex Patalganga ₹655 for December 10. At Rajkot : groundnut oil Telia Tin was ₹1,350 (₹1,360) and Loose (10 kg) was steady at ₹850 (₹850).
