The continuing liquidity crunch has resulted in no trading activities taking place neither in the primary markets nor in the terminal market.
Spot pepper prices slipped further by ₹100 a quintal to ₹65,300 (ungarbled) and ₹68,300 (garbled).
November, December and January contracts on the IPSTA remained unchanged at ₹69,000, ₹65,000 and ₹58,000 a quintal.
Export prices were at $10,550 a tonne c&f for Europe and $10,800 for the US.
