Spot rubber was steady on Monday. RSS 4 continued to remain unchanged at ₹105 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade ruled flat at ₹102, according to dealers.
The trend was partially mixed as RSS 5 weakened further. December futures concluded at ₹105.30 (₹105.38), January at ₹105.52 (₹105.49) and February at ₹106.69 (₹106.16) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
RSS 3 improved at its December futures closed at ¥164(₹88.67) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 105 (105); RSS-5: 102.50 (103); Ungraded: 93 (93); ISNR 20: 86 (86) and Latex (60% drc): 78 (79).
