Gold futures on the MCX opened higher at Rs 31,755 per 10 gm on Wednesday against the previous close of Rs 31,744. Gold for December delivery touched a high of Rs 31,785 and a low of Rs 31,726. It was traded marginally higher by 0.8 per cent at Rs 31,769 at 12.35 pm.
In Comex, gold traded marginally higher by $0.3 at $1,724 a troy ounce at 12.35 pm.
