Our Bureau Financial services firm Religare Enterprises said its loss widened to ₹64.33 crore for the quarter ended March 2017, against a loss of ₹50.59 crore registered in the corresponding year-ago period.
Total income on standalone basis (mainly on account of other income) increased to ₹13.26 crore (₹1.82 crore).
For fiscal 2017-18, its standalone loss stood at ₹110.18 crore, against a loss of ₹159.24 crore in 2016-17, the company said in a regulatory filing. Total income increased to ₹70.99 crore (₹35.09 crore).
On consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of ₹1,192.5 crore for FY18, against a loss of ₹174.27 crore in the previous year.
Consolidated income during the year also fell to ₹2,693.14 crore (₹3,841.02 crore).
On Thursday, the shares of Religare Enterprises closed at ₹50.9, down 2.12 per cent, on the BSE.
