Bharti Airtel made further ground in late trading on the BSE on Tuesday. At 2.35 pm it held gains of 4.87 per cent to quote at ₹353.45. The stock had closed Monday’s session at ₹337.05.
Reliance Industries maintained its firm undertone on the back of robust Q1 numbers reported last Saturday. It was trading at ₹1,030.05 against ₹997.35 at close yesterday, a gain of 3.28 per cent.
Wipro traded up 2.73 per cent at ₹560. The share was quoting at ₹545.10 at close on Monday.
Hindalco Industries inched up further to hold gains of 2.51 per cent at ₹188.05. The share finished yesterday’s session at ₹183.45.
HDFC rose 2.45 per cent to trade at ₹1,035.85 as against yesterday’s finish at ₹1,011.05.
