Axis-IT&T has informed that its holding company Tayana Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (TSSL), holding 60.83 per cent of the share capital, has demerged its investment business through the Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the Karnataka High Court. After the demerger, the investment business of TSSL stands transferred to Tayana Digital Pvt Ltd. The investments held by TSSL in Axis will stand transferred to Tayana Digital Pvt Ltd and Axis will become a subsidiary of Tayana Digital Pvt Ltd.
Hindustan Zinc's board of directors on Wednesday proposed issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 and also sub-division of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each into 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
