BSE-listed Dion Global Solutions has agreed to acquire UK-based wealth management and stock broking software provider Investmaster Group for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is part of Dion's strategy to become a provider of a diversified suite of solutions to financial markets worldwide, according to a press statement from Dion.
“Combined with the added products, investment and market expertise that Dion can offer, Investmaster is a key element in the wider Dion brand.
“Our resources, contacts and global operations will allow Investmaster to continue growing in the UK and now expand into new markets through our global distribution network,” said Mr Ralph Horne, Global Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Dion, said.
