Shares of Aarti Drugs will remain in focus on Wednesday, as they will turn ex-date for the proposed buyback on Thursday. The company had approved buyback of 2.82 lakh shares, or 1.2 per cent of the total number of equity shares, at ₹900 a share. The offer will be through tender offer on proportionate basis. The record date for the proposed buyback is March 29 and investors wishing to participate in the buyback need to own the company’s shares by Wednesday.
