The board of Cyient will meet on Thursday to consider a buyback as well as its quarterly performance for September-December 2018. Investors will keep an eye on the buyback size, price and mode of purchase (through tender route or from open market) and promoters’ intention on participation. In the previous two quarters, it had reported profit of ₹151.50 crore and ₹79.20 crore (July-September) and revenues of ₹407.80 crore and ₹338.70 crore respectively.
