The board of Religare Enterprises will meet on Saturday to consider and approve raising of funds through issue of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis. Shareholders would be keen to know the quantum and timing of the fund-raising plans. The company had reported a loss of ₹10.33 crore for the September-December quarter and ₹12.84 crore in Q1 of FY19. For the entire FY17-18, Religare had reported a loss of ₹110.18 crore and revenues of ₹7.30 crore.
