The board of directors of MK Exim (India) on Monday approved acquisition of equity shares in Kolba Farm Fab Private Limited, a Surat-based company. It manufactures fabrics from yarn. Following the acquisition, Kolba has become a subsidiary of MK Exim (India). The stock jumped 4.7 per cent at ₹9.40 on the BSE.
