Shares of Nucleus Software Exports will remain in focus, as they turn ex-date for the buyback on Thursday. It plans to buy back 33.7 lakh shares, or 10.39 per cent of its total paid-up capital, at a price not exceeding ₹350 a share through the tender route. The promoter group does not intend to participate in the buyback. Besides, the shares will also turn ex-dividend. Investors need to buy the shares by Wednesday to avail the benefits.
