The board of directors of Omaxe on Tuesday approved the issuance of non-convertible redeemable debentures, or other debt instruments, amounting to ₹500 crore in one or more tranches. The company will set up a committee and delegate powers to it for use in this regard, it said in a notice to the stock exchanges. Omaxe shares closed at ₹126.95 on the NSE, up 0.7 per cent.
