Optiemus Infracom has entered into a joint venture agreement with Auxesis Services and Technologies Private Ltd to establish a products, services and consulting company in the blockchain domain in India. The 50:50 joint venture will offer products for secure communication and consultancy in relation to security, training and infrastructure to government in areas around ledger management, disbursement, procurement, etc, and enterprises such as banking, logistics, medical, Defence, etc. Shares of Optiemus Infracom closed 0.55 per cent higher at ₹281.40 on the BSE.
