Virtusa Corp’s open offer to acquire an additional 26 per cent stake in Polaris Consulting & Services from minority stakeholders has so far attracted 1.47 crore shares against the target of 2.67 crore shares. Virtusa has made a cash offer of ₹220.73 a share. The open offer will close on March 28. Shares of Polaris Consulting closed flat at ₹213.7 on the BSE.
