The board of directors of Polaris Consulting & Services will meet on Tuesday to consider a proposal of voluntary delisting of the company’s shares. As of September 30, the promoters held 74.42 per cent stake in the company while individual shareholders, including 37,498 small investors, held 11.64 per cent stake, foreign portfolio investors 6.58 per cent and mutual funds 4.06 per cent. Investors will keenly watch the price Polaris Consulting will offer for the delisting.
