The board of R Systems International is scheduled to meet on January 15 to consider and approve a proposal for buyback of equity shares. Analysts would keep an eye on the buyback size, price and mode of purchase (through tender route or from open market). Besides, promoters' interest in the buyback will also be closely monitored by investors. The company had mopped up shares worth ₹19.50 crore at ₹65 a share from all shareholders in 2016.
