RPP Infra Projects has signed a definitive agreement with one of the largest state-owned companies in China - Hunan Construction Engineering Group Corporation, for work in the infrastructure space in India. Hunan and RPP Infra will form a joint venture - Hunan-RPP Infra Joint Venture, where the former wil act as a lead partner and make all necessary statements on behalf of the JV. Performance guarantees, advance guarantees, or such other bonds and securities will be provided by the lead member. Shares of RPP Infra edged down 0.4 per cent at ₹110.75 on the NSE but gained 0.18 per cent at Rs ₹111.40 on the BSE.
