The board of Tata Investment Corporation will meet on Friday to consider a buyback of shares. Shareholders would be keen to know the buyback size and price. Shareholders would also eye the mode of buyback - whether through open market purchase or via tender offer. Besides, promoters’ interest (whether to participate or not) would also evoke keen interest from investors. The stock had registered its 52-week high and low at ₹955 and ₹654, respectively.
