Kerala’s fourth Lifecare Centre and the first one in Malabar region will be inaugurated at the Vadakara District Hospital on Saturday.
The Lifecare Centre, a joint venture of the HLL Lifecare Ltd and the State Government, provides high quality surgical equipment, surgical implants, glasses, lenses, frames and related medicines at reasonable prices.
These products are available at the centres at 10-60 per cent discount. As of now, there are three such facilities in Kerala and one in Odisha.
Through these centres, HLL aims to ensure standardisation and transparency in the marketing of these products and deliver them to the common man at reasonable prices.
