The Ministry of Urban Development has constituted a 17-member High Powered inter-ministerial committee to prepare a report on decongestion of Delhi. The committee has been set up to take necessary measures to improve mobility in the national capital, a statement from the Ministry said. It will take into account all the technical, financial and administrative aspects and will submit the report along with proposed action plan by the first week of November.
