A few trains were stopped on the tracks at various stations between Peddapalli and Ramagundam Railway Stations in Andhra Pradesh this morning, due to failure in the signalling system in Karimnagar district.
According to the South Central Railway officials, the signalling system broke down due to electrical snags.
Swarna Jayanthi Express, Grand Trunk Express, Bhagyanagar Express, Jaipur Express and other trains had to be stopped for about two hours.
