Principal Secretary, Institutional Finance, Yogesh Kumar, has been sent to the Livestock and Fisheries department.
Avnish Awasthi, who was on waitlist after being removed as Chairman and Managing Director of UP Power Corporation, has taken over from Kumar, the sources said.
