The Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers’ Association (APREDA) has announced the new Governing Body for a two year term during its 19th Annual General Body Meeting held today.
While G Hari Babu has been re-elected as the President, Chukkapalli Ramesh and Chava Ramesh Babu were chosen as Executive Vice-Presidents, D Linga Murthy, B Ravindernath Tagore and M M Kondaiah as Vice-Presidents, M V Narendranath Reddy as Secretary-General, B L Narasa Reddy and M V Chowdary as Secretaries and R Venkateswara Rao was chosen as Treasurer.
Hari Babu in a statement said, “The real estate is in a transition period and APREDA has always been taking proactive steps to support and serve the builder and developers community. We need to find newer and innovative approaches to solve challenges and look at benefiting the larger community”.
