Karnataka Bank, in association with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations, organised an exporters’ meet in Karur, Tamil Nadu, on Monday. A press release issued by the bank said here on Tuesday that the meeting was organised to provide a common platform to understand the needs of exporters and to cater to their banking requirements. MS Mahabaleshwara, Chief General Manager of the bank, and M Duraiswamy, Managing Committee Member of FIEO and Chairman of Powerloom Development and Export Promotion Council, addressed the gathering. More than 150 exporters in and around Karur participated, the release added.
