A Delhi court Monday summoned RJD chief Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav as accused in connection with the IRCTC hotels allotment money laundering case. Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Arun Bharadwaj took cognisance of the charge sheet filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) and directed all the accused to appear before the court on October 6.
The court also issued production warrant against Prasad considering the fact that he is currently lodged in a Ranchi jail. The court took note of the submissions made by ED’s special public prosecutor Atul Tripathy that prima facie there was enough evidence against the accused.
