The third edition of the Indywood Film Carnival will be held from December 1 to 4 at the Ramoji Film City here.
Carnival founder Director Sohan Roy said the firm has decided to hold the third edition too in Hyderabad. The second edition was also held at the same venue. The film festival has attracted global attention, with filmmakers and other stakeholders from various countries participating in the event.
“Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Cinematography Minister Talasani Sreenivas Yadav, said the State government would continue to support the event,” he said.
Sohan Roy met the Minister here to submit the recommendations made at the festival. He said All Lights India International Film Festival 2017 (ALIIFF) will showcase 250 movies from 60 countries and 150 films in the short film corner. As many as 15 awards in the Golden Frame Award categories will be presented.
