Real estate developer, Grihapravesh Buildteck Pvt Ltd has tied up with Radius Group to set up basic building blocks equipped with energy-harvesting sensors and connected systems. The smart city concept will come up in its upcoming project in Noida.
Abhay Kumar, CMD, Grihapravesh Buildteck said, “We have tied up with Radius to provide energy efficient technologies. The effort will also reduce the carbon footprint”.
The collaboration between Grihapravesh and Radius would provide unique benefits to apartment owners including access control, asset tracking, automated number plate recognition, building management systems, intercom and door entry systems, unified communications, smart home energy managements and boom barrier control.
Grihapravesh has projects in Mumbai, Panvel, Pune, Raigad, Aurangabad and Nagpur in Maharashtra and Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.
