The fourth edition of ‘FAIRPRO’, the property exhibition organised by Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore, will be held from August 17 to 19 here.
The exhibition, to be organised at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, will showcase properties of 30 member developers of CREDAI and housing finance companies will assist home buyers in selecting appropriate home loan options. The properties on display are expected to be in the price range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 2.5 crore.
According to an association release, the FAIRPRO 2011 attracted more than 13,000 visitors and transactions worth more than Rs 50 crore took place.
