Asset Homes will hand over keys to 408 digital apartments spread in six towers at Asset Signature, its newest launch here, on Wednesday. This is the builder’s 28th completed project, V. Sunil Kumar, managing director, Asset Homes, told newspersons here. K. Anil Varma, executive director, was also present on the occasion. Asset Signature has ‘7-star’ rating from Crisil.
It features Wi-Fi connectivity; biometric entry system; voice over internet protocol; digital protection system, video door phone; and a digital cable connection. Maintenance works at Asset Signature will be handled by Kudumbasree Mission. The Mission has already signed an agreement as part of taking up maintenance of multi-storeyed apartments and gated communities.
