National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) has signed two memorandum of understanding with European Business Technology Centre (EBTC) & Lovely Professional University.
The EBTC is a not-for-profit organisation facilitating Europe-India collaborations in technology transfer and IP management. The MoU with it is for capacity building in intellectual property management by organising training programmes in IP management and patent search and analysis and commercialisation of IPRs.
In another MoU, the NRDC and Lovely Professional University (LPU), Jalandhar, agreed to license and commercialise patented technologies developed by the latter.
LPU has several interesting market-oriented inventions/ patented technologies.
