Consim Info Pvt. Ltd, the online company, has announced plans to expand its footprint in the online property business, IndiaProperty.com.

According to a press release from Consim Info, it will increase market focus in the western and northern regions and strengthen its market leader position across all four southern States.

Indiaproperty.com announced marketing spends of Rs 20 crore for the current financial year to support its expansion plans and unveiled its new look portal with advanced features such as video interviews with builders and developers, virtual property tours and online fairs and its new advertisement, kickstarting the new marketing campaign.

Consim Info has also repositioned Indiaproperty.com as ‘the best place to buy new property', with high quality, current information and service delivery innovation that handholds customers end-to-end in the purchase process while providing builders qualified customer leads. Consim has established online brands such as BharatMatrimony.com, EliteMatrimony.com and PrivilegeMatrimony.com.

Mr Murugavel Janakiraman, Founder & CEO, Consim Info, said in the release, “Our property portal business has witnessed significant growth in line with the surging demand for new property. We recently crossed the 1.5 million mark in registered users with 250,000 unique daily visitors and more than a million page views a day, establishing us as the number one property portal in the country.”

Mr Ganesh Vasudevan, Vice-President and Business Head, Indiaproperty.com said, IndiaProperty has been growing at over 100 per cent over the last year in revenue and number of projects and this growth has been led by the Western region. The company is exploring partnerships with builders and agents for exclusive marketing agreements. The West and North will contribute to nearly 50 per cent of revenues this year and are keys to expansion plans.

Unitech's Birch Court in Chennai

Unitech, an integrated developer of large-scale real estate projects, has launched “Birch Court” a plotted development as a part of its township project at Nallambakkam in Chennai.

It is the second phase of plotted development in Uniworld City, a 220-acre integrated township. Aspen Greens, the first phase of plotted development in Uniworld City, Chennai, was completely sold out.

Marg's Kalpa Vriksha

MARG ProperTies, the real estate arm of Marg Ltd, the infrastructure company, has launched the Kalpa Vriksha, a residential project.

The 1.2-acre project is located in Karapakkam, near the IT Corridor to the south of Chennai and adjacent to MARG Junction Mall, that is now under construction.
