I am an early riser and begin my day at 6:30 am. Running is one of the most important elements of my daily fitness regime. I run 2 km every day, followed by a 45-minute workout in the gym
Before I leave for work, I ensure 15-20 minutes of meditation. This helps in concentration and boosts my energy.
Diet is important as it is key to a healthy lifestyle. I prefer small meals, divided into five portions in a day. Breakfast is generally heavy. During the course of the day, the meal size becomes smaller and low in carbs. I generally have my dinner by 9:30. Sunday is my cheat day.
I generally cut off from all gadgets by 11:30 pm. I give myself a good 10 minutes to check the next day’s calendar and prioritise tasks before hitting the bed and I totally look forward to it every week.
Music and books are the two things that help me relax whenever there is a tough day, either professionally or personally. Soft music and autobiographies of eminent personalities help me sail through a challenging day.
